AlfaMemory Industrial は、保証期間中にすべての製品に材料または機能上の欠陥や故障が発生した場合、消費者にサービスを提供するために同等の製品を修理または交換することを保証します。
限定保証
この保証の適用範囲には、不自然な要因または外部要因によって製品に生じた損傷は含まれず、AlfaMemory Industrial は製品に保存されたデータについて責任を負いません。以下の条件が発生した場合、製品は AlfaMemory Industrial 製品保証条件の適用外となります。

※当社指定以外の技術者により修理・分解された場合。

※商品のシリアル番号が一致しない、またはシリアル番号が破損または不明瞭な場合。

保証条件が適用されます
AlfaMemory Industrial の保証サービス条件は、合法的な販売を通じて当社製品を購入した消費者にのみ適用されます。
保証期間

* 製品の迅速な入れ替えにより、製品が製造中止になったり、元の工場で保守が行われなくなったりした場合は、AlfaMemory Industrial で同じグレードの「代替品」と交換させていただきます。
* 消費者が交換できるスペアパーツがない場合は、交換用に同じファミリーの製品仕様を提供するか、修理用製品を回収してお届けします。AlfaMemory Industrial は、異なる容量や指定された粒子サイクルの交換サービスを提供していません。
